Originally launched in 2016 following the transition from Mega Blast Fireworks, the brand quickly established itself among enthusiasts thanks to its distinctive identity, bold packaging and high-performance fireworks.
The brand was originally brought into the UK by Israeli-born Eli Yorum Van Bekkum, with production handled by Aurora Fireworks in Liuyang, China. UK sales manager James Donnelly played a significant role in developing both the Primed Pyrotechnics name and the original product artwork, helping create a brand that immediately stood out from many of its competitors.
Unlike many fireworks available at the time, Primed products prominently displayed NEC weights, tube sizes, dimensions and hazard classifications directly on the packaging.
